CAPE Forum objectives
Computer Aided Process Engineering - Forum aims to bring together researchers and industrial practitioners for an informal discussion on research topics, new and emerging technologies and results in the area of CAPE.
The 2008 meeting is planned as an event to enhance collaboration and increase interaction among European researchers working in the area of CAPE. The presentation of new ideas and preliminary results in new activity fields, the exchange of views on research problems and solution strategies enable the participants to accelerate their research and improve its quality.
Special emphasis will be given to presentations by young researchers
(post docs - PhD candidates) of their ongoing research activities.
The event intends to facilitate a better planning of future collaborative EU – supported projects and other forms of collaboration such as student and researcher exchanges.
The Forum is formatted as a set of oral presentations, round-table discussions and posters, on several topics. It is a forum where every participant gets a chance to present and discuss their topics of interest.
Organized under the auspices of
Chemical Process Engineering Research Institute, Centre for Research and Technology - Hellas
